Young Adult Residential Programs

 

• Program must offer, according to the treatment plan, appropriate structure and support to help young adults make a college selection,  become accepted and successfully participate and/or vocational selection, training, and job placement

• Program must include family therapy and seminars as part of the program

• Program must use masters level or higher clinicians to conduct therapy sessions

• Program must include experiential therapeutic activities

• Program must provide appropriate transition/after care services  for transition out of the program

• Program must participate in and pass an onsite evaluation performed by a representative of the Azure Foundation

• Program must pay the $2500 application fee
