What is the Azure Foundation?

A non-profit organization that provides grant assistance for qualifying families of adolescents and young adults desiring to participate in residential mental or behavioral health treatment programs.

What is the purpose of the Azure Foundation?

 

To  make participation in adolescent and young adult residential treatment programs  and therapeutically supported educational and vocational programs  more affordable for a greater number of families.

What is the mission of the Azure Foundation?

 

The overall mission of the Azure Foundation is to provide a road to resilience for adolescents and young adults by making therapeutic programs that help them become both resilient and independent more affordable and available. The Azure Foundation does this in two ways: 

​

•By raising money and providing grant assistance to subsidize the cost of adolescent and young adult residential treatment programs. 

​

•By raising money and providing grant assistance for young adults to participate in programs designed to provide a therapeutically supported high school graduation, college, or vocational training and placement experience.

Who does the Azure Foundation serve?

 

Individuals and families seeking  financial assistance to participate in mental and behavioral health programs and/or therapeutically supported academic or vocational programs

 

Mental and behavioral health treatment programs that desire to become eligible program partners of the Azure Foundation, a requirement met through the Azure Foundation program partner application  process.  Program application acceptance is required for mental and behavioral health treatment programs to be eligible to receive Azure Foundation scholarship recipients into their program.

Is there a membership fee required to apply for Grant Funds?

 

No. There is no membership fee.  Applying for grant funds  is FREE. 

​

Is there a membership fee for program partners?

 

No. There is no membership fee.  The Azure Foundation charges an application fee of $2,500.00 for mental and behavioral health treatment programs that wish to apply to be an Azure Foundation program partner.  The application fee covers the cost of the in depth clinical review, site visit, and  overall program evaluation conducted by the Azure Foundation. The Azure Foundation provides grant funds toward  the cost of monthly tuition for Azure Foundation program partners.
