Adolescent Residential Program Requirements

 

• Program must provide an integrated academic and therapeutic experience

• Program must provide a robust academic environment that is not packet based

• Program must provide appropriate transition/after care services  for transition out of the program

• Program must include family therapy and seminars as part of the program

• Program must use masters level or higher clinicians to conduct therapy sessions

• Program must include experiential therapeutic activities

• Program must participate in and pass an onsite evaluation performed by a  representative of the Azure Foundation

• Program must pay the $2500 application fee
